SHIPPING

we utilize trusted carriers including USPS, UPS and DHL. We select the carrier that offers the most cost-effective shipping solution for each order.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-4 business days.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekend, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe, for which we are not liable. International Shipments (outside of the United States)is based on the destination and weight, and may vary depending on the location. International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/customs upon delivery, as these are not included in the shipping total.

RETURNS

All purchase items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for any purchase items.

We do not issue refunds unless a package is confirmed lost in transit. A package is considered lost only if the tracking number verifies that the purchased item was never delivered.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at FYCOS@THINKPLOTCREATE.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date to request assistance with a refund or replacement.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
